Cindi has been a California Trustee Sale Officer since 1990. She is a highly experienced professional and has processed foreclosures from beginning to the end in the state of CA. Cindi joined the Tatman Legal team in 2019 and has emerged as the firm’s leading expert in handling Deed-in-Lieu of foreclosures across our multi-state portfolio. From title assessment to document drafting, and ultimately recording, Cindi adeptly works with our clients and seamlessly manages the process from start to finish.

Zihla Salinas is an award-winning marketing executive with experience spanning 20 years across a variety of businesses. She has spent her career running formidable marketing agencies, and working on brands such as Netflix, Warner Brothers, Kraft, Bank of America, Charles Schwab, Disney, HBO, Apple and Nestlé. Zihla served as the Global CMO of ENGINE, a full-service media and marketing services company. In this role, she oversaw the organization’s global brand identity as well as the integrated media, strategy and creative capabilities in the U.S. Zihla came to ENGINE from DonerLA where she launched the West Coast office, driving double and triple digit growth year over year. She was named 40 under 40 by DM News and has created highly acclaimed work that has been recognized by Cannes Lions, OneShow and The Webbys, to name a few.
